● Wasai tea daily purification: Cleanse kidney and urine system.
● Cinco Medico Tea: to open your musical voice
● Love baths: For attracting good energies, luck and love.
● Ayahuma Smoking: from dream clarity
● Mucura sinus cleanse: Cleans the sinus and boost immunity against allergies.
● Any additional treatments: Poultics medicines massage or whatever is needed.
● Transportation to and from Kushi Center: Boat ride to the center, and flight
back over the Amazon.
● Healing tools like mapachos: Important for use in ceremonies and medicine treatments.
● Up to Two meals a day, following the healing diet protocols: Quinoa, grilled fish, rice,
lentils, boiled banana, etc.
● Integration workshop: Enhance process of integration when you get home.
Itinerary (Subject to slight changes in order):
Day 1: Arrive at Pucallpa. Meeting with the other students and facilitators. Consultation with
curandero to choose a master plant. Dinner.
Day 2: Breakfast. Go to the retreat center and settle in. Smoke bath with Palo Santo.
Instructions for ceremony and shamanic tools. Ceremony 1. Opening healing dieta.
Day 3: Digestive system cleanse with Purgative 1. Begin vapor baths. Sharing Circle.
Plant remedies begin. Begin taking master plant tea.
Day 4: Taking master plant tea continues. Vapor baths continues. Dream circle. Ceremony 2.
Day 5: Vapor bath ends. Icaro practice. Taking master plant tea ends and for some continues.
Day 6: Purgative 2. Love baths begins. Ceremony 3.
Day 7: Love bath. Sharing Circle.
Day 8: Solo microdose.
Day 9: Wasai tea remedy to purify urinary tract. Dream circle. Ceremony 4.
Day 10: Purgative 3. Icaro practice. Wasai Tea continues.
Day 11: Ceremony 5. Wasai Tea ends.
Day 12: Cinco Medicos Tea. Sharing Circle.
Day 13: Dream Circle. Cinco Medicos Tea continues. Ceremony 6
Day 14: Icaro Practice. Cinco Medicos Tea ends. Smoking Ayahuma Seeds
Day 15: Little walk to observe master plants in the center. Solo Microdose.
Day 16: Ayahuma Bath. Dream Circle. Ceremony 7
Day 17: Ayahuma Bath continues. Sharing Circle.
Day 18: Ayahuma Bath ends. Icaro Practice. Ceremony 8
Day 19: Sinus Cleanse.Day 20: Final Dream circle and Icaro practice. Ceremony 9: Arkana night. Students begin
chanting in the final ceremony to honor their dieta.
Day 21: Dieta closes. Meet for breakfast. Visit Hot Springs at Sierra del Divisor National Park.
1 free day and night in Contamana. Participants take care of their meals. Staff will suggest
post-dieta friendly food venues.
Day 22: Go to Contamana airport (Participants pay for transportation 5 soles), flight back to
Pucallpa. End of Program.
Suggested items to bring:
● Flashlight or headlamp.
● Travel alarm clock or watch.
● Raincoat or poncho.
● Hiking Boots.
● Water Bottle.
● Bathroom items – toothbrush, floss, shampoo, etc. (natural is best if possible).
● Camera/phone, with extra batteries or external/solar charger.
● Power Bank
● Travel first aid kit.
● Notebook and/or art supplies for personal processing.
● Musical instruments.
● Hat and sunglasses.
● Ceremonial or sacred objects you want to have for ceremonies or in your tambo.
● Plastic bags or zip-lock bags (to protect electronics and other items from humidity).
● Extra spending money in cash (peruvian soles), at your discretion. There may be an
option to purchase Shipibo craft items from our family, so be prepared with extra money
if this interests you. Also, for your meals and free day in Contamana at the end of the
program.

Deposit info:
DEPOSIT INFO 500USD due upon registration.
Final installment: When you arrive at our healing center.
To secure your spot, you must pay a $500 deposit via PayPal within three weeks of registration, selecting "Friends and Family" to avoid fees. The remaining balance for the retreat will be due upon your arrival at the healing center, payable by cash or card. Be aware that a 5% fee may be added if you choose to pay the remaining balance by card when you arrive
